What are master resale rights?

If you own Master Resell Rights to a product, you can resell it, bundle it or
include it in your own membership site. You may even be allowed to pass on the
resell rights to others, meaning that when you sell that product to someone,
they can turn around and sell it to someone else. Master resell rights can vary
a little depending on the product creator.

However, the author or copyright owner of the product in particular may place
certain restrictions on the product as far as re-distribution is concerned.
In other words, he or she may restrict you to sell the product above a certain
price or forbid you to bundle it or give it away. Each license is specific to
a certain product. So be sure you are aware of the rights that a particular
product has.
What are private label rights?

Private label rights is a concept similar to reselling, but the merchant is permitted
to modify the product to fit his or her needs. Typical PLR products are articles,
reports, eBooks, and autoresponders. But are certainly not limited to website scripts,
video tutorials or graphics packs as well as many other reseller products on the market.
This kind of content is used for the purpose of allowing multiple buyers to invest in the
content with free rein to alter and use it by claiming authorship of it. It is typically
used in online affiliate marketing systems.
PLR is short for private label rights and shouldn't be confused with master resale rights
or even resell rights.
Private label rights are unique in their own right as they give the new owner (buyer) the
ability to claim ownership (most often 100% of the ownership) and will also give any reseller
the ability to do the same. However, the new buyer may restrict the version he is selling to
just master resale rights or resell rights.
What are resell rights?

are sold with resell rights included. It is therefore necessary to distinguish between normal
resell rights and master resell rights.
Most resale rights packages will not let you alter any of its content or in any way change/tamper

content you would have to contact the author and request a partnership or buy the editing rights
to the product.
Normal resell rights mean that after you buy the item you will be allowed to sell it to your customers.
There may be limitations, like that you can only sell the product for a specific price. This term is
also known as Resale Rights. Products that came with resell rights means that you can sell the product
to just about anyone and keep 100% of the profit. The product you sell though should only include the
PUO (Personal Use Only) right, in other word, you can NOT give the resell rights when you sell this
type of products.
